Acceptance
By creating an account or using Horizn you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to hold a driving licence in your country, or at least 16, whichever is higher.
User-generated content
You're solely responsible for the content you post — photos, posts, comments, cruise details, and profile info. You grant Horizn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display your content within the app so the service can function.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Horizn has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content or accounts found in violation may be removed or terminated without notice.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not post or engage in: harassment, bullying, or threats; doxxing or sharing others' private information; hate speech or discrimination; sexual or pornographic content; violent or illegal content; impersonation of another person or brand; spam; or malware or links intended to harm.
Reporting and blocking
Every user can report content or block another user at any time from within the app. Reports go to our moderation team, which reviews them and acts — removing content or suspending accounts — within 24 hours where practicable.
Moderation rights
Horizn may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at its discretion to keep the community safe.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Driving safety
Horizn is a social and route-planning app, not a substitute for safe driving. Never interact with the app while driving. Always obey traffic laws and local regulations. You are responsible for your own conduct on the road.
Privacy
Your use of Horizn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Horizn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
