HORIZN.

Answers to the most common questions about Horizn.

Is Horizn free?
Yes. Horizn is free to download and free to use. There are no paywalled features during the beta.
Is Horizn available on Android?
Not yet. The current beta is iOS only (via TestFlight). Android is in development and will follow after the iOS launch. Join the waitlist on the homepage to get notified.
How do I get access to the iOS beta?
Visit horizn-app.com/invitation, install TestFlight, and then install Horizn. Slots are limited — if access is full you'll be added to the waitlist.
Will Horizn drain my battery?
Horizn uses background GPS while a drive is active, which does use battery. We've optimised the location tracking to be as efficient as possible. We recommend plugging into your car charger during longer drives.
Can other people see my location?
Only if you choose to share it. Location sharing is opt-in. You control whether friends can see your live position, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings → Privacy.
Does Horizn work without mobile data?
Drive tracking works offline — your route and XP are saved locally and sync when you reconnect. The map, leaderboards, and challenges require an internet connection.
What counts as a valid drive?
Any drive you start and end manually inside the app counts. There's no minimum distance. Horizn detects if the device is stationary and will pause tracking automatically.
How do I create or join a club?
Go to the Clubs tab in the app. You can search for public clubs by name or create your own. Private clubs require an invite link from a club admin.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, drives, and data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at hello@horizn.app with a description of what happened and your device model. If you can include a screenshot, even better.
