Delete Your Data
Request permanent deletion of your Horizn account and personal data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, username, and profile photo
- All drives you have recorded
- Your XP, achievements, and challenge history
- Your club memberships and social connections
- Any messages or content you have posted
What may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), but only for as long as legally necessary. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you is not subject to deletion.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account directly inside the app:
- Open Horizn and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm

Timeframe
We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Backups may persist for up to 30 additional days before being fully purged.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to erasure of your personal data. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
