Request a copy of the personal data Horizn holds about you.
What's included
Your data export will include everything Horizn holds about you:
- Account details (email, username, profile information)
- All drives you have recorded (route, distance, duration, XP)
- Your challenge history and achievements
- Your club memberships
- Content you have posted or shared
- Account activity and settings history
How to request your data
Send an email to our privacy team with the subject line Data Access Request. Please include the email address associated with your Horizn account so we can verify your identity before sending any data.
Timeframe
We will respond to your request within 30 days. Your data will be provided in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON). We may ask for additional verification before releasing your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Subject Access Request) and the right to data portability. You also have the right to correct inaccurate data, restrict processing, and object to processing.
